I met John Atlee at the 2022 WRA Home and Garden Show. We live on a lake in Washington Cnty. Our well water has a ridiculous rust level! Everything was stained even to the point where we couldn't wash white clothes without being stained. Sinks, toilets, shower stalls would all turn orange. We watched one Johns talks at the show and thought it was too good to be true. John came to our house and explained all the options. I am not one of those guys who likes to brag about a shiny new toy! A year later the system we chose is still working perfectly. We noticed an immediate change with water quality and NO staining. The installer was great, and explained all the ins, and outs of the system for unique home being on the lake, with a well system, and a holding tank. These guys say what they are going to do, and do what they say! I highly recommend Water Doctors from sales to installer. Couldn't be more satisfied!

Andrew did a nice job of explaining the system, the things that needed to be addressed and the things that were good. I was comfortable with his knowledge and he took the time to hear my concerns. I would have him back to work on my softener any time.

Water Doctors was amazing to work with. Due to weather issues and holidays, product purchased would not be in stock for few weeks. John called on holiday to help with scheduling and coming up with resolution. Mark was extremely detailed in assisting with decisions on best option for replacement. Due to leak and product not in stock, installed temporary water softener until purchased one arrives Technician Andrew Wickel was efficient, polite and informative. Took time to demonstrate new functions and 'need to know' items of installed unit. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend this company. John came out a few times for quotes for an iron filter and then we recently had a water softener put in too. Super knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and helpful. We have had multiple technicians come to the house as well. Scott and Andy were both prompt and professional and made sure we had a clear understanding of how things worked before they left. Our water is horrible where we live and the iron filter and water softener have made such a huge difference!! I did have two other quotes that came In a little bit lower, but the sales guys were rude. So glad I went with these guys. Thank you water doctors!

We found working with the staff at Water Doctors a great experience.  Their salesperson John  A. was able to answer any questions we had and explain how the  various water conditioners worked. I was very impressed that John seemed sincere in finding the right softener for our needs not just the unit with the highest price. Their technician, who did our install was great to work with. He was on time, courteous, respectful of our home, he made sure everything was cleaned up and any trash removed before he left. He did a great job explaining  how our unit operates. He went over how the change the filter and add salt.  He wanted to make sure we didn't have any questions. Last week we had a softener and r.o. system installed. To date, we are very pleased with the product. Everyone we had contact with at Water Doctor's was great. From sales, to scheduling, to installation; the process was seamless. Paul, our salesperson, is very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and followed up with additional information immediately. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner when he stopped at our house during installation. A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT to the plumber that installed our system. He went above and beyond my expectations cleaning up a "hodge podge" of plumbing from past DIY's. I highly recommend Water Doctors. Their Kinetico system is far superior in every aspect than all the other equipment I had previously had in my home. Only regret is I did not  have it installed sooner. Their staff is highly professional and courteous.  The Reverse Osmosis drinking water system is outstanding allowing me to stop delivery of bottled water. With my well water quality (or lack of) this was a major accomplishment in my book. Thank you Water Doctors!
